Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your DAZI gear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code option for label-less drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
